Returns must be in original packaging, new, unused condition, and accompanied by the original receipt. Returns in unacceptable condition will be rejected.

2. Special Terms for Discounted Orders
Orders with significant discounts (e.g., 50% off or more) are not eligible for returns or refunds. Using large coupons on such orders can complicate the return process due to increased shipping and logistics time.

3. Final Sale Items
Orders totaling less than $30 USD will be considered final sales and will not be accepted for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Such orders are not refundable or returnable.

4. Damaged Items or Order Errors
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged item or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Important: If you received the wrong item, there is no need to return it. We will arrange a free replacement and ship the correct item to you.
